Holy Land Medical Center can see patients from 18 and up, with more focus on seniors over 65, but those from 18 to 64 are welcome. We are dedicated to treating diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, heart failure, kidney disease, obesity, liver disease, neurological conditions, minor trauma, screening testing, on-site diagnostic testing, l’électrocardiogramme (ECG), and more.

We provide comprehensive, community-based care with a focus on disease prevention. For patients with chronic conditions, we make sure to stabilize them and prevent them from worsening. The patient will be directed to a specialist when necessary.
