One of our providers, Dr. Cantave Charlot, holds a master’s in public health (global health track) from Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City and had a public health internship at Harlem Health Promotion Center in the Bronx, New York City. He conducted medical research at the Disparity Center, SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, focusing on sleep disturbances and metabolic syndrome from 2010 to 2012. Dr. Charlot treated patients with Doctors Medical Center/Cano Health in South Florida, Ryder Hospital in Puerto Rico, and Conviva in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Dr. Charlot has dedicated himself to underserved communities, reducing disparities and providing excellent quality of care to anyone regardless of their background.
